The item is in

cosmetic
condition. It was inspected and has scuffs and scratches on the outside of the PC. There are noticeable scuffs and scratches on the rear of the PC

). A hole has been drilled into the stand (see picture #5).
All ports and connections are in good cosmetic condition and the screen is in
good
condition. There are minor cracks in the bottom left corner of the screen (see picture #8). There are minor scratches on the screen.
I was able to power on the PC. I was able to load the OS and test the software. I was able to surf the Internet using the built-in Wi-Fi. The FaceTime Camera, SD Card reader, Speakers, Microphone, Headphone jack, Bluetooth, Thunderbolt and USB ports are working.
OS Catalina is installed on this PC. OS Catalina is the highest recommended OS for this particular model. We do NOT recommend attempting to upgrade to Big Sur.
Comes with a black non-Apple power cord. No keyboard or mouse are included.
