Measurements - The overall length of our ladder is 6 metres, with each rung measuring 42 cm long, 2.2 cm wide & 5mm thick. Included in the set are 4 nails, to hold the agility ladder firmly on the ground, when in use, whilst dimensions per piece are 60 x 15 x 5 cm.
Multitude of purposes - Our training set is indispensable for practice training in football, soccer, basketball drills, hockey & athletes of all sorts.
