Warranty
Our products are guaranteed in 100% working condition upon receipt. Most products are no longer under factory warranty, but iPower Resale Group covers all products for 90 days (3 Year Extensions Available!) under our standard warranty policy.
Cosmetic Grading System
GRADE A: Grade A is generally considered 'very good' or 'like new.' Please note that this does not mean that a machine will come with OEM packaging. A Grade A cosmetic condition indicates that there may be very few and faint scratches or scuffs, if any.
GRADE B: Cosmetic blemishes will be present and noticeable. These blemishes include scratches, scuffs, and nicks. Minor denting is possible, although this does not include large dents. Keys may be slightly worn. Grade B would be equivalent to a 'good' condition.
GRADE C: This grade is an 'acceptable' condition. Cosmetic blemishes will be noticeable and can be large. This does include scratching, scuffing, chipping, and denting. A Grade C unit will function perfectly, despite any cosmetic issues. Keys may be worn enough that letters are not recognizable. Hinges or feet may be missing. Scratching and laminate problems may exist on the screen and bezel.
Shipping and Handling
All of our orders have a 1-3 day handling time for processing. Additionally, we ship from Southern California with UPS Ground, which has a 1-7 day delivery window. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the status of your order.
International Shipping and Policies
The buyer is responsible for any and all customs duties, fees taxes, and other assessments at the time of importation. Certain locations are not serviced by UPS and can only be offered at a surcharge, or might not have available service options at all. Please contact us for a specialized shipping quote prior to bidding or placing an international order.
Return Policy
This product is in guaranteed working condition. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us immediately. We can accept a return within 30 days of purchase, preferably for exchange or merchandise credit. Items returned for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs (insured via UPS or FedEx only).
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been disassembled or modified.
