    Description

    This box would have very little appeal as a standard first aid box, but the gas casualty distinction helps gives it much more appeal to collectors of that horrible war. Not only was the pernicious maiming gas freely used by all sides, but the silly reasons for it in the first place make it seem even more horrible. Anyhow, this is a cool piece.
