It is white and blue and has three different beautiful mermaids, reaching for stars or floating in the sky. It is signed Chris (likely Chris Carpenter) Kelsey/Bomkamp, numbered 701585, and entitled "Star Search". It measures approximately 3" in diameter and is 4" tall including the loop at the top. It is is excellent condition with no chips, cracks or damage. The stand is not included.
