The cases are mostly Grade C but there are some grade B units. 18 of the units come complete with all parts including the AC Adapter and batteries. However, there is no guarantee that the batteries will hold a full charge. 6 of the units are complete except for no battery. 2 of the units have no battery, no AC adapter and is missing the battery board. Other than booting up to the main screen, the full functionality is not known and that is why we are selling as "for parts or not working".
