    Description

For Auction is a very nice M1910 (maybe an M1917) 9 pocket cartridge belt for a MOUNTED soldier.  This would be a WW1 item, but many were used into and through WW2.
Has brass lift-a-dot snaps, with all other hardware being brass as well.  Markings inside a pocket reads "PB & Co.  1673 Left-M" (Plant Bros.) with no dates I can find.
This ammo belt would have been used in conjunction with an M1903 or Model of 1917 rifle and has the 10th slot with a snap for a 1911 pistol ammo pouch (not included).
