pre-WWI US Army M1903 1st Pattern Non-Mills Infantry or Dismounted Cartridge Belt for the M1903 Springfield Rifle w/Rimless Eagle Snaps - RARE - Nice Condition
Up for auction is a pre-WWI US Army M1903 Infantry or Dismounted Cartridge Belt for the M1903 Springfield Rifle.  This is the 1st pattern Non-Mills Manufactured Belt.  The belt is used, please see photo's for Condition.  Some minor fraying at the tops of the pockets.  The center pocket is missing the flap.  This is a 9-pocket belt, with the early "Puckered Bottom" pockets.  Each pocket flap has the RARE Rimless Eagle Snaps.  This is an Infantry Issued Belt.  There are no markings or dates on the belt.  This is the 1st pattern with the narrow connector buckle.
These early belt are very RARE due to the limited time of production. You seldom see them offered for sale.  Get this one while it is available.
This would make a welcomed addition to any WWII Collection.
