    Description

    Vintage - WWI Rifle Cleaning Kit - dated 1917 w/cleaning rod and two tips.  I've had this since I found this in one of my dad's footlockers left over from his time in the Army.  He went it to the New York National Guard in 1931, and qualified with the Springfield rifle.  I've been hesitant to use it just because it was my father's and felt guilty in using it.  I don't know if the cleaning rod is original or an after market addition.  If you have any questions, please contact me before bidding/bidding on this neat kit.  Thanks for looking.
