WW I US Army Axe Carrier

Description

This is a World War I ( I say again, World War One) US Army axe carrier. It is marked Long 8-18. It is a little dirty from age.The marking is a little faded. There are a couple small brown stains on the front to the leftand a small white stain near the center (which looks like it might wash off). There is a very small snag of the canvas on the back to the right. It is not a hole through the canvas. The closing strap is intact and the buckle is not corroded. There are no odors.
