WWI US Army aluminum canteen.
Standard rolled-rim construction with an alloy handle.
Shows light to moderate wear with a couple of small areas of corrosion
and with a scratched-on name of "WALLY CONLEY" on the bottom and
with a socialist insignia etched on the front (probably by some historically
challenged Boy Scout).
Beyond that, this is a nice cup and a good reenactor piece.
Marked, "U.S....L. F. & C. (Landers, Frary, & Clark)...1918.
